Here is how it works: After we receive your listing fee of $999 and a signed listing agreement, we will order professional photography list your property on the Multiple Listing Service which syndicates to thousands of major real estate websites such as Zillow®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, Movoto®, Homes.com® and all websites with an MLS feed. We will provide a yard sign and a digital lock box at no additional cost. When an
offer arrives, we will assist you every step of the way, the only requirement is that you are able to sign electronically which is as easy as a click of the mouse! We will draft any counter offers and contract addenda as needed. Assist you in ordering documents such as resale packages and place the title order, coordinate closing and see you all the way to closing. There is a one time closing fee of $1,000. It's that simple!
We do not charge a transaction fee, a negotiation fee, a mileage fee, a sign fee or a marketing fee. We believe that the price should be easy to understand.
