We will provide a yard sign and a digital lock box at no additional cost. When an offer arrives, we will assist you every step of the way, the only requirement is that you are able to sign electronically which is as easy as a click of the mouse! We will draft any counter offers and contract addenda as needed. Assist you in ordering documents such as resale packages and place the title order, coordinate closing and see you all the way to closing. There is a one time closing fee of $1,000. It's that simple!
